The scanner reads UV damage, pigment, pores, collagen and sensitivity. Side by side with your first scan, you see exactly what changed, and year two is planned from that, not from habit.

Founding members. The first fortnight.
Join Refine or Reserve by Sunday 18 October and a NOON Retinol Charisma 0.3%, worth £68, is waiting at the desk on your first visit. There are 80 founding places across the four plans, set by what the diary can hold, and once they're gone it's the waiting list.

How many visits is it, really?
Reset and Refine: 12 a year monthly, or 8 on the six-week rhythm. Reserve: about nine, because your injectable skin sessions, scans and bloods happen on the same days as your anti-wrinkle.
What if I miss a visit?
It rolls over. You can carry up to two visits forward and use them later in your plan. Rolled-over visits have no cash value.
Can I pause?
Yes, for one month a year. Just ask and we'll move everything along.
Can I change plan?
Yes, up or down at any monthly renewal. We'll do it with you in clinic so your year plan changes with it.
What's the minimum term?
Three months, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. If you leave inside your first 12 months, the treatments you've had are simply re-priced at pay-as-you-go, less what you've already paid, so nobody's ever out of pocket, including us.
Do I still pay for extras?
Only for what sits outside your plan, and on Reset, Refine and Reserve that's 10% off (skincare is 15% off on Reserve). What's inside your plan is already covered, so there's nothing to pay at the desk.
Why are places limited?
Because a membership only works if you can always get your visit. There are 80 founding places in total, set by how many appointments the diary can hold, and when they're taken the Club closes to new members until space opens up. It's the opposite of overselling.
What if my skin needs something different?
Then the plan changes with it. It's a clinical plan, not a fixed menu: Paige and Jamie adjust it from your scan.
What happens after I join?
